The focus of Rietzler Economics is on three main activities:
Economic analyses, research projects
A key research area is the examination of macroeconomic and economic policy issues. In the analysis sophisticated statistical and econometric methods are applied. In addition business cycle analyses and forecasts as well as industry and market studies can be provided. Final reports can be edited in German, English or four other languages.
International economic policy advice
Economic policy advice with respect to concrete economic policy measures is provided within the framework of international projects. Here, cooperation with other economic experts from various institutions is the rule. Services also include seminars on a variety of topics including macroeconomic and economic policy issues, national accounts, macroeconometric modelling and forecasting as well as time series econometrics.
Translations of economic texts and other language services
Economic texts (e.g. for journals or other publications, web sites) are translated from German, English, Russian, French, Spanish and Polish into German, English, Russian and French. Summaries of foreign language texts are offered in any of the six working languages.
Additional services such as project management or editing of web content can be provided, if desired by the client.
